Every building needs a firm base from which to build on, and a strong structure to protect it from outside forces. The "building" of a body of believers isn't any different. A rock solid foundation and framework is necessary to maintain and sustain its growth.

For instance, a table can stand on three legs, but it is strongest when it has all four legs. Likewise, the Christian is strongest when he has all four of the following relationships in his or her life.
+ A one-on-one relationship with God
+ A one-on-one relationship with another person or couple
+ A relationship with a Cell Group
+ A relationship with the Reunion Service

All four of these relationships are vital for stable growth. Along with a personal relationship with God, the following three elements make up the foundation of Restoration:

Discipleship
The great commission commands the church to make disciples, which means more than just leading them to Christ.  It requires a personal commitment to the other, as with a parent and child.  The standard for knowing if Restoration is successful is whether we are making disciples as Jesus commands us in Matthew 28:19.  This covers from reaching out and winning the lost to seeing them do the same.  Discipleship is simply helping another person grow while someone else is helping you grow.  We want to help you get on the path to maturity by not only connecting you in a cell group, but also in a discipleship group.  We see the cell group as a "catch net" to reach out to the lost, and the basic building block of Restoration.  But we also see a model of commitment Jesus made to disciple a few.

We will give you the tools you need to: learn foundational biblical principles, discover your place in ministry, hear the voice of God, and develop leadership qualities.  These equipping steps will help you to become an anointed Christian leader.  The essence of discipleship is friendship.

Cell Groups
The church in Acts gave us a good example of how to be an effective church. We see the first church meeting from home to home, and in the temple.  We believe the cell group will  allow ministry to happen as Christ intended and modeled for us.  The cell group is the Body of Christ broken down into small groups of 3 - 15 people meeting from home to home as we see in the New Testament.

The cell group is designed to bring everyone into the comfort and protection of our church family. The cell group is where most needs are met, since it is a place where relationships are built to know how to meet your needs the best.  It is our channel for meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial needs of our members.

Reunion Services
All of the cell groups come together in a weekly service called a Reunion. This is where we worship together and receive teaching from God's word.  It is a place where the cells are reminded that they are not alone, but a part of something bigger!  Even the entire structure of Restoration is only a piece of the Kingdom of God.  Restoration Reunions are a time of dynamic praise, worship, and life-changing teachings from God's word.

The Bigger Vision
Restoration has the State of Arkansas divided into nine "Regions" with each county in that region being a "District" and the possibility of each district having zones within it for the delegation of ministry.

The vision is to one day duplicate this structure in each region, eventually seeing all the regions come together for a huge reunion service!  This will be the most exciting experience as "all" the cells across this state and beyond come together for a day of worship and teaching, seeing a sea of unity as God desires for His church!
